3D Printing & Custom Parts

Custom parts for industrial, machinery and automotive applications. We discuss production options from an existing part or a digital model.

3D Printing & Custom Parts

How we work

Turn a ready-made 3D model into a physical part, replace a broken plastic component or develop a custom fixture. We review your file for manufacturing, or define modelling work from a physical sample, measured drawing or photos. One-off requests are welcome alongside small-quantity projects.

Covers, holders, enclosures and assembly aids need different choices depending on their use. Share heat, load, impact and outdoor exposure requirements so we can discuss material and print orientation. We agree design, production, finishing and critical fit checks in the scope. Safety-related components require engineering validation and appropriate tests before use.

What can we work on?

  • Machine and equipment parts
  • Application-specific mounting components
  • Production review of an existing model

Pricing and delivery

We define the scope of design, manufacturing and any finishing in your quote. Share dimensions, quantity, material needs and your target date so we can agree the production route and delivery plan.

In Akhisar or Manisa, we can plan how to receive your physical sample. From other cities, start with files and photos; sample transport and delivery are agreed for your project. International enquiries are welcome too.

Frequently asked questions

How is the price of 3D printing calculated?

Pricing depends on size, geometry, material, quantity, printing time and any modelling or finishing work. Two parts of the same size may cost different amounts to produce. Send your file or photos, approximate dimensions and quantity so we can review feasibility and prepare a project-specific quote.

Can I start with an idea or a photo if I have no 3D model?

Yes. Share the intended use, approximate dimensions and any sketches or photos from several angles. Reproducing an existing object accurately may also require a physical sample, measurements or 3D scanning. Modelling and printing are assessed as separate parts of the project.

Can you make just one part or two replacement parts?

Yes, contact us for one-off parts and small quantities. Send a model or photos, dimensions and the intended use. We can discuss material and manufacturing options and prepare a quote. For a broken part, photos of where it fits also help us understand the assembly.

Can you 3D print automotive or machine parts?

Yes, we can work on custom covers, holders, enclosures and assembly fixtures. Share photos, dimensions and operating conditions so we can define material and design needs. Braking, steering, load-bearing and other safety-critical applications require engineering validation and appropriate tests before use.
