3D Printing & Custom Parts
Custom parts for industrial, machinery and automotive applications. We discuss production options from an existing part or a digital model.

FABRIX brings multidisciplinary design and manufacturing support to custom parts, prototyping and reverse engineering projects.
Custom parts for industrial, machinery and automotive applications. We discuss production options from an existing part or a digital model.

Bring the shape of a physical part into the digital world. We define the scanning needs, part dimensions and expected output together.

From an existing part to redesign and manufacturing. We consider its geometry, function and operating conditions together.

Turn an idea into something you can test. Explore form, assembly and use cases through a tangible prototype.

Make architectural, industrial or creative projects tangible at scale. Define the detail and manufacturing approach for your presentation.

Custom design products for your brand or personal project. Shape promotional pieces, gifts and original objects around your needs.

Let’s discuss filament selection for your project. Material, colour and availability are assessed against current options.

Let’s understand the dimensions, function and operating conditions, then define the need for scanning, redesign or manufacturing.
We review your model and its purpose together to find the right approach to materials, detail and manufacturing.
Let’s move from your use case to design, and from an initial model to a prototype. You do not need technical drawings to get started.

We reviewed how the part would be used together. Clear communication at each step made the journey from design to manufacturing straightforward.
Seeing our idea as a tangible prototype made decisions easier. We worked through the small details together and developed the concept step by step.
The information needed to turn a physical part into a digital model was explained clearly. Together, we found an approach that suited our needs.
Turning the project into a scale model strengthened our presentation. Discussing materials and details helped us find the right approach.
From our studio in Akhisar, Manisa, Türkiye, we offer design and manufacturing support for projects across Türkiye and internationally.
Let’s discuss your projectPricing depends on size, geometry, material, quantity, printing time and any modelling or finishing work. Two parts of the same size may cost different amounts to produce. Send your file or photos, approximate dimensions and quantity so we can review feasibility and prepare a project-specific quote.
Yes. Share the intended use, approximate dimensions and any sketches or photos from several angles. Reproducing an existing object accurately may also require a physical sample, measurements or 3D scanning. Modelling and printing are assessed as separate parts of the project.
Yes, contact us for one-off parts and small quantities. Send a model or photos, dimensions and the intended use. We can discuss material and manufacturing options and prepare a quote. For a broken part, photos of where it fits also help us understand the assembly.
Send any available STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP model, dimensioned drawing and reference photos. Include critical dimensions, units, intended use, quantity and target date. We check compatibility with our workflow and agree an alternative transfer method if needed.
The part’s function guides the choice: load, impact, heat, sunlight, moisture, flexibility and appearance all matter. A display model may need a different material from a working machine fixture. We assess options such as PLA, PETG, ABS/ASA or flexible materials against the project and available production capabilities.
Yes, we can work on custom covers, holders, enclosures and assembly fixtures. Share photos, dimensions and operating conditions so we can define material and design needs. Braking, steering, load-bearing and other safety-critical applications require engineering validation and appropriate tests before use.
There is no single tolerance or size limit for every project. Results depend on the process, material, geometry, orientation and finishing. Mark mating surfaces and critical dimensions on a drawing. During review, we establish whether the part can be made in one piece or in sections and how it should be checked.
Colour, texture and visible layer lines vary with the material and production method. Sanding, priming or painting can be considered for each project. Reference photos of your desired finish help define the production and finishing scope for display pieces, models and visible components.
3D scanning captures the surface geometry of a physical object. Reverse engineering uses scans or measurements to develop a model around its function. Tell us whether you need a surface mesh or a dimensioned, editable CAD model; we will help you choose the scanning, modelling and production steps.
Yes, we can start with your broken or discontinued part. Send photos of the component, damage and installation, plus a sound sample or mating part if available. Measurements and any scanning provide references for rebuilding the geometry and planning production for your intended use.
Yes, we can start a custom person or pet bust or figurine from photos. Send clear front, side and other views, your preferred style and target size. We will discuss likeness and detail before quoting modelling and printing. Please ensure you hold the necessary rights to use the images.
Yes, we assess prototypes, scale models and personalised or branded products. Tell us what a prototype needs to test, the scale and detail level of a model, or the purpose, quantity and visual identity of a promotional item. Presentation pieces and functional tests may require different methods and finishes.
Timing depends on file readiness, design work, part size, quantity, material availability, workload and finishing. Shipping or collection is planned separately. Share any deadline at the start; a feasible schedule is confirmed at quotation after the scope has been reviewed.
Yes. From our studio in Akhisar, Manisa, we work with projects across Türkiye and welcome international enquiries. Start remotely with files, photos and a short project description. We can agree physical sample transport, finished-part delivery and any customs steps for your project.
Contact the team directly with a non-sensitive project overview. Before sending files, agree the transfer method and any confidentiality terms so you can use the appropriate channel. Keep personal or confidential information out of AI chat, and mention the permissions you hold for supplied designs and brands.
Yes, contact us for filament supply too. Share your printer model, diameter, material, colour and quantity; we will confirm compatible options, current stock or sourcing and price. If you have specialist technical requirements, we can review them against the specific product documentation.
