Information and purposes
Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser and technical request information to deliver pages and secure connections. Contact and project details you send through our contact channels are used to assess and answer your enquiry. Visiting the website does not grant marketing permission.
Collection and legal grounds
Technical data is collected electronically on access; contact details through the channel you choose. Under Turkish Law No. 6698, enquiries and contractual steps rely on Article 5(2)(c); necessary, proportionate security on 5(2)(f); applicable legal duties on 5(2)(ç); and records necessary to establish or protect rights on 5(2)(e). Processing outside these purposes that requires consent needs separate explicit consent.
RIX assistant
Message text and history are assessed in browser memory, not saved in a FABRIX chat database or sent to the external model. Only a general object type, question topic and reference type selected from a closed list may be sent to Google Gemini. Names, contact details, files, exact dimensions and free-form project descriptions are excluded. Content may be used for product development and reviewed by people. Do not share personal or confidential information. Unrecognized requests and connection failures use quick help and contact options.
Providers and international processing
Vercel hosts the website and may process technical connection data. External model support uses Cloudflare Turnstile for IP/browser security signals and Upstash for a daily changing coded IP identifier and usage counters. Upstash receives no raw IP or messages. Google receives only the generic fields above, not visitor IPs or security tokens. These providers may process data abroad. Personal-data transfers are subject to Article 9 of Law No. 6698; this notice alone is neither a transfer safeguard nor explicit consent.
Retention and preferences
Up to 40 chat messages are held in interface memory; starting a new chat or reloading clears them. Appearance and assistant preferences remain on the device until changed or browser data is cleared; there is no periodic permission request. Usage counters expire by the end of the relevant UTC day. Enquiry and transaction records are limited to the necessary purpose and applicable legal duties. Providers retain technical records under their own practices; clearing local history does not delete those records.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed, for what purpose, how it is used and with whom it is shared; and request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. When statutory conditions apply, you may request erasure, destruction and notification to recipients, object to adverse results based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. External support can be disabled in privacy preferences; this does not reverse previous technical records.
Requests and external links
Submit requests in writing to the address above or through legally valid methods. Email requests are subject to statutory requirements, including use of a previously supplied, registered address where applicable. Describe your request; do not upload identity documents to chat. Requests are normally free and answered within 30 days; the Board’s tariff may apply to extra costs. Statutory complaint rights remain. You choose to open WhatsApp, phone and other external links; chat does not automatically send requests or files to staff. External services have their own processing terms.
